Who are we?

Before starting Three6, I was overwhelmed with so many different ideas and questions. Where did I want to take the business? How was it going to grow? Where do I start? Amongst all of these questions, one thing was for certain, my passion for solving problems.

Let’s be honest there are lots of people out there who offer Service Design. We haven’t reinvented the wheel and we don’t claim to have invented Human Centred Design, Process improvement, or technology engagement and architecture. We do however claim that bringing these three services together is far more successful than looking at each individually.

The 3 elements of our approach.

Purpose

Our approach ensures that you have the right purpose and strategy for your business and for your team. We enable you to anchor your efforts back to, your perpetual purpose. Ultimately, we want to equip you with the capabilities that will make you feel empowered so that your teams are in a better place than before you worked with us. 

People

Our focus on your people allows you to upskill them with the new capabilities that are required to build the services you need. We enable you to support your employees by developing growth mindsets which will help lead your customers and your business into new directions.

Culture

Your culture is the invisible force that determines how successful your projects will be. Whether it’s adopting new ways of working or unlearning a fixed mindset approach, building your culture takes time but that time investment is essential for enabling the cross-functional collaboration between your customer experience, process improvements and technology implementation. If you can create a culture that quickly understands and embraces its blockers, you’ll achieve your outcomes far more effectively.

At Three6 these three things make up our approach to embedding sustainable transformation. We don’t do things to you, we work with you to upskill your people, your methodologies and your mindsets to leave you in a position to take on anything. Our approach is all about ensuring that you have the capabilities with you so you want to partner with us again because it was fun, you learnt something new and we empowered you and your team to move to a better place than before you worked with us.
